Mrs. Wyoma Faye Baldridge Hall, 82, of Freestone Road, Morehead, passed away Sunday morning, October 3, 2021 at her home.
She was born on January 24, 1939 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Andy and Nancy Slusher Baldridge.
Wyoma was retired from the Rowan County Board of Education. She was also a former employee of Daniel Boone Motel and Holiday Inn of Morehead, where she made many friends.
She was a member of the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God and an active member in the Morehead Community.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Samuel (“Sammy”) Hall, four sisters, Beatrice Dillon, Sibble Blankenbeckler, Sylvia Akemon and Shirley Rector and a baby brother, who passed away at birth.
Survivors include one son, Dean Hall, special grandsons, Kenneth Dean Hall and James Hall and one brother, Phillip Baldridge and his wife, Shirley all of Morehead and several nieces and nephews, who she thought of as her own.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 9, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Cecil Ison officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ray Baldridge, Charles Akemon, Alvin Kidd, Hagan Baldridge, Dean Hall and Nathaniel Porter.
Wyoma’s family would like to thank her special friends, Erica Gordon, Marion Barber, Linda Reynolds, Kathy Coldiron, Clara Conn and Diane Reynolds for all of the love and support that they provided to her over the years.
