William Dameron

July 26, 1956 — July 3, 2015

Mr. William E. "Bill" Dameron, 58 of Lebanon, Ohio formerly of Morehead, passed away Friday evening from injuries sustained in a four-wheeler accident in Elliottville.

He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on July 26, 1956 to Betty Jean Burns Fraley and the late Joyner Robert "Bob" Dameron.

Bill was a member of the Farmers Christian Church, a member of the NRA, Middletown Sportsman Club and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and UK Basketball. He enjoyed spending time with his family, taking care of his yard, feeding the birds and spending time outdoors.

Bill was a longtime employee of Xtek, Inc. in Sharonville, Ohio, he started to work there on October 16, 1978.

He loved Kentucky and was a devoted fan of the Ford Motor Company.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather (Gran) and loyal friend who will be sorely missed.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela M. Roe Dameron whom he married on March 12, 1977.

His mother, Betty Jean  Burns Fraley of Morehead. Two daughters, Christy Lenae Dameron of Lebanon, Ohio and Kathryn Burns Snowden (Jon) of Franklin, Ohio.

One brother, Robert Dameron of Morehead and one sister, Marsha Dameron Hood of Winchester, Kentucky.

One granddaughter, Bailey Anne Snowden and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Robert E and Juanita Gillum Roe of Elliottville.

Also,  several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home.

Visitation at the funeral home is after 6:00 P.M. Tuesday.

Burial will follow in the Roe Family Cemetery in Elliottville.

Pall Bearers will be Nathan Hood, Josh Hood, Jon Snowden, Mark Dameron, Carl Bitter and Randy Russell.
