Vivian Wall
August 26, 1931 — January 25, 2015
Mrs. Vivian Maddox Wall, 83, of Lower Licking Road, Morehead, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 in the Pioneer Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Flemingsburg.
She was born on August 26, 1931 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Acle Maddox and Elsie Clay Maddox Cassity.
Vivian had been the manager of Gateway Senior Citizens. She was also a cook at Rowan County Senior High School and an Avon sales representative.
She was a member of Bluebank First Church of God and she enjoyed animals, crocheting, reading, fishing, stuffed animals and she loved to read comics.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lila Rose Wall, who passed away on October 25, 1975.
Survivors include two sons, Darrell Glenn (Lisa Carol) Wall and Michael Gary Maddox all of Morehead, seven grandchildren, Whitney (Michael) McCarty, Krissi Courtney (Donald Cundiff), Ted Moore, Nicholas (Joshua) Moore, Ashley Wall, Whitlea Wall and Micah McNabb, eight great-grandchildren, Aaliyah McCarty, Saylor McCarty, Michael McCarty, Ashlyn McCarty, Isabella McCarty, Ryan McCarty, Noah Cundiff and Summer Cundiff and special friend, Rosemary Taylor of Morehead.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Fannin officiating.
Burial will follow in the Ellington Cemetery.
Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ted Moore, Micah McNabb, Donald Cundiff, Jeff Taylor, Mark Taylor, J. D. Barnett, Chris Caldwell, Mark Caldwell, Jake Bowman and Bill Moore.
