Tabitha Rose Harp

Tabitha Rose Harp left this earth suddenly on Friday, August 25, 2023 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky at the age of 39.

She was born March 26, 1984 in Nashville, Tennessee to Jeffrey Dean Harp and Sonja (Jackson) Millwood.

From childhood she had a sparkling personality and bright smile that quickly endeared her to all who knew her.

Tabitha attended school in Nashville and Madisonville, Kentucky.

From childhood she loved music, singing, and took dance lessons.

She was drawn to helping others. Having faced her own personal challenges in recovery, she was proud to have earned certification as a Peer Support Recovery Specialist.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Glenda (Peach) Jackson; step-brother, Christopher Millwood; uncle, Michael Jackson; and cousin, Keisha Jackson.

She is survived by one son, Dean Mabry Moore; parents, Jeffrey Dean (Carol) Harp and Sonja Jackson (Danny) Millwood; brothers, Justin (Lauren) Harp, Jeffrey Harp, and Trey Millwood; step-sisters, Ashley Wey and Nicole Castillo; grandparents, Arnold and Bette (Reneau) Harp. She will be dearly missed by her many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Plans for a celebration of life are pending at this time.
