Ms. Shirley A. McGuire Rodgers, 72, of Olive Hill, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at her home.
She was born on June 5, 1944 in Yale, Michigan, a daughter of the late William Henry McGuire and Elizabeth Mae Hampton McGuire.
Ms. Rodgers was a retired quality control supervisor and she enjoyed quilting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Shelly Houston, one brother, George McGuire and three sisters, Vona Hicks, Una Dell Wycuff and Donna Baldwin.
Survivors include two daughters, Teri Salvador of Weimar, California and Jodie Miller of Louisville, one brother, James McGuire of Gainesville, Georgia, two sisters, Stella Myers of Zephyrhills, Florida and Della Molton of Olive Hill, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
At her request, there will be no services or visitation.
The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is caring for all arrangements.
