Ruth Hickman

Ruth Arlene Hickman , Age 66 of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away Saturday morning, April 12, 2014 at her home after an illness of several months.

She was born July 11, 1947 in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Ervin and Betty Brown Cooper.

Ruth was a former Kroger employee in Memphis, Tennessee, having worked in the produce department for many years.

She was a member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church in Ashland and enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing, camping, raising a garden and working in her flowers.

Preceding her in death besides her parents was her husband Addison Dulin on February 20, 1978, One brother Walter Cooper and one sister Mary Lambert.

Survivors include her companion, Johnny Byrd of Olive Hill, One son, Addison Edward Dulin of Moncks Corner, South Carolina and one daughter, Melissa Diehl and her husband Robert of Oakland, Tennessee. One brother, Tom Cooper and his wife Peggy of Morehead. Five Grandchildren and one expected in July, Two Great-Grandchildren and Seven Nephews.

Funeral servcies will  be conducted 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Willie Sturgill officiating.

Burial will follow in the Crix Cemetery

Visitation at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home is after 12 Noon Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Cooper, Addison Edward Dulin, Rob Harding, Jerry Cooper, Bob Diehl and Tom Cooper.
