Mrs. Ruby Littleton Roberson, 80, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the home of her daughter in Lexington.
She was born on March 8, 1929 in Cranston, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Chester and Ethel Blevins Littleton.
Mrs. Roberson was a retired cashier for the Kentucky State Park System. She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Elaine Reed and an infant sister.
Survivors include her children, Joe (Janice) Kinder of Maysville, Kentucky, Cindy (Mark) Benge of Clarksville, Indiana, Jeff (Kelly) Kinder of Orlando, Florida, Lisa (Craig) Cross of Lexington, Kentucky, Mark Kinder of Talco, Texas, Bruce (Sandy) Kinder of Maysville, Kentucky and Dale(Angie) Roberson of Salt Lick, Kentucky, one brother, Clester Littleton of Apollo, Florida, two sisters, Frances Hogge of Dayton, Ohio and Virginia Blaz of Pensacola, Florida, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and special friend, Gene Higgins of West Liberty, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 18, 2010 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. James Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Hogge Cemetery at Cranston. Visitation is after 10:00 A.M. Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Joe Kinder, Jeff Kinder, Mark Kinder, Dale Roberson, Craig Cross, Cameron Cross and Bruce Kinder.
