Richard Wanko

Richard Burt Wanko, 38, of Holly Fork Road passed away Saturday, December 22, 2007 at his residence after a long illness.
He was born on January 26, 1969 in Compton, California, a son of Bonnie McKenzie Rose of Morehead and the late Richard Wanko.
Mr. Wanko was a former construction worker. He was of the Methodist Faith and enjoyed fishing, swimming and car races.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his step-father, Nathan Rose of Morehead, one sister, Irene Kraemer of Cleves, Ohio, several half brothers and half sisters, seven nephews, three nieces and several cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 26, 2007 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Masters Cemetery. Visitation is after 11:00 A.M. Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Rose, Norman McKenzie, Scott Kraemer, Dennis Fagan, Richard White, Mike White, Brandon Costello and Michael Costello.
