Rena Stidham Thornsberry Fultz 1913 - 2007

Morehead a�" Rena Stidham Thornsberry Fultz, Age 93 of Morehead, passed away Saturday evening in the Life Care Center after an extended illness. She was born December 7, 1913 in Rowan County, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Albert and Laura Adams Stidham. Mrs. Fultz attended the East End Church of God, enjoyed being a homemaker, mother, raising a garden and cooking. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Virgil Thornsberry and Harlan Fultz, one son, Dale Thornsberry. Two sisters, Bertha Pelfrey and Ethel Stidham, three brothers, William Cecil Stidham, Ora Stidham and Orville Stidham. Survivors include three sons, Delbert Thornsberry and Donald Thornsberry of Morehead, Kenneth Thornsberry of South Vienna, Ohio. Eight Grandchildren and Eight Great-Grandchildren. Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007 at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Dr. Jack Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams -Turner Cemetery at Elliottville. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Thornsberry, Douglas Thornsberry, Donald McBrayer, Glenn Williams, Ray Bailey and Chester Oldfield. Visitation is from 6 - 8 P.M. Monday, Sept. 3, 2007 at Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home.
