Raymond Moore

Raymond Daniel Moore, 44 of West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Friday evening at St. Claire Healthcare in Morehead after an extended illness.

He was born September 6, 1974 in West Liberty, Kentucky to Barbara Ann Murphy Moore and the late James Cecil "Jim" Moore.

Raymond was a well known gunsmith and machinist in the area and was also a concealed carry instructor. He was an accomplished artist  and enjoyed collecting guns, fishing, hunting and hiking. He had a great sense of humor and had many friends.

Besides his father he was preceded in death by a brother, James Thomas Moore.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Ann Murphy Moore,  two sons, James Isaac Moore of Morehead and Conner Daniel Moore of Morgan County. One daughter, Trinity Ladene Moore of Morehead. Three sisters, Donna Lynn Sargent and her husband Tony,  Kelia Ann Day and her husband Richard and Jamie Leigh Moore all of West Liberty, Kentucky. Also several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead will be after 6:00 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2019

At his request no funeral services will be held.
