Pearl Glover Kilgore, 85 of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the home of her daughter in Berea, Kentucky. She was born April 16, 1936 in Rowan County, Kentucky to the late Nathan and Latonia Hamm Glover.
She was a loving and caring person and was of the church of God faith. She enjoyed cooking, flowers and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Leo Kilgore. One son, Jerry Lane Kilgore, one daughter Mae Hall, two sisters, Jody Back and Ruth Wagoner. Two brothers, Charles Glover and Sam Glover. One grandson, Jeffrey DeWayne Porter.
Survivors include two daughters, Connie (Robert) Fultz of Morehead, Kentucky and Tammy (Kevin) Whitman of Berea, Kentucky. Daughter-in-law, Sue Rivers of Olive Hill. Three brothers, Ray (Stella) Glover of Olive Hill, Kentucky Paul (Wilma) Glover and Garry (Janet) Glover all of Morehead, Kentucky. Three sisters, Dora (Keith) Dickerson of Mansfield, Ohio, Iva Clark and Libby (J.P.) Cooper all of Morehead, Kentucky.
Eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Ray Glover officiating. Burial will follow in the Kilgore Cemetery at Olive Hill.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 12 noon Tuesday.
Pall bearers will be Joshua Hall, Conner Hall, Jeremy Kilgore, Aaron Jacob Kilgore, Timmy Glover and Danny Glover. Honorary pall bearers will be Robert Fultz, Kevin Whitman and Bob Stacey.
