Myrle A. Hamm, 88 of Holly Fork Road, Morehead, Kentucky passed away Wednesday afternoon at her home. She was born May 2, 1934, in Rowan County, Kentucky to the late Ersie and Lula Reeder Glover Masters.
Myrle enjoyed watching all types of ballgames on television. She retired from Neer manufacturing in Lexington, Ohio and moved back to her home state of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Hamm, one son, Larry Hamm, a special friend Glen Foor, sister Betty Glover and brother, George Glover.
Survivors include her children, Shirley (Luster) Hall of Shiloh, Ohio, Phyllis Hall, Bonnie (Danny) Dickerson, Duane (Starla Smith) Hamm and Rose (Rick) Mosier all of Mansfield, Ohio. Two brothers, Guy Glover of Mansfield and Harold Glover of Morehead. One sister, Minnie Harris of Morehead. Sixteen grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren and nineteen great-great-grandchildren.
Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, July 2, 2022, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Rick Pelfrey officiating.
Burial will follow in the Masters Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 12 Noon Saturday.
Pall bearers will be grandsons. Honorary pall bearer will be Heath Loper.
