Lynne Morel

Lynne Bowman Morel, 82, of Boodry Place passed away Friday, September 5, 2008 at her home.
She was born on February 27, 1926 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Herbert and Sarah Roberts Bowman.
Mrs. Morel had been employed in the entertainment industry as a make-up artist for Bob Hope.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rawles Morel, one daughter, Carol Land, six brothers, Ward Bowman, Farris Bowman, Lloyd Bowman, Billy Bowman, James Bowman and Winford Bowman and two sisters, Audrey Burr and Virginia Keller.
Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Smith, one son, Carry Allan Butler, four sisters, Clara Conn of Morehead, Lucille Stevens of Lowell, Indiana, Lee Wheeldon of Lafayette, Indiana and Louise Larsen of Muncie, Indiana and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Boodry Place, 42 Cady Drive, with Rev. Jack Tackett officiating.
