Mr. Lorne Joe Stinson, 51, of Morehead, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at his home.
He was born on January 8, 1965 in Gary, Indiana, a son of Billy Joe Stinson and Janet Peters Stinson.
Lorne was a hairstylist for 34 years. He was the former owner of Shear Obsessions and was currently working at Bella Vita Salon.
He was a graduate of Elliott County High School and Tri-State Beauty Academy.
Survivors include his father, Billy Joe Stinson and his wife, Peggy of Morehead, his mother, Janet Peters Stinson of Isonville, one brother, Zachary Stinson of Morehead, two sisters, Stephanie Stinson Bowling of Grayson and Sigrid Howard and her husband, Maynard of Isonville, nieces and nephews, Joseph Bowling and his wife, Ashley Howard of Russell, Bethany Lyons and her husband, Justin of Sandy Hook, Danielle Bowling of Sandy Hook and Samuel Howard of Isonville and two great-nephews, Peter Bowling and Jesse Lyons.
Celebration of life memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 9, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead.
Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Saturday at the funeral home.
