Linda Forman

Linda Charlene Forman, age 59 of Clearfield, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 in the Life Care Center in Morehead after a brief illness.
She was born in Morehead, Kentucky on January 5, 1957 to Liddie Mae Ramey Forman and the late Paul Forman.
Linda was a former waitress, cook and private caregiver. She enjoyed Bluegrass music, reading, cooking and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
Besides her father she was preceded in death by her sister, Rhodena Masys and two brothers-in-law, Dennis Miller and Rusty Spencer.
Survivors include her mother Liddie Mae Ramey Forman of Morehead, her lifetime companion, Randy Moore of Clearfield. Three brothers, Denver (Diana) Forman of Morehead, James Michael (Sharon) Forman of Bevinsville, Kentucky and Randall Martin Forman of Morehead. Four sisters, Anna Mae Miller of Butler, Indiana, Claudette (Ahmad) Asgharzadeh of Tehran, Iran, Kimberly Spencer of Morehead and April Forman of Midway, Kentucky. Also, several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Sunday, September 11, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Robert Kidd officiating.
Burial will follow in the Forman Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 6:00 P.M. Saturday.
Family and friends will serve as pall bearers.
