Katherine Shrout

Katherine (Kathy) Jones Shrout, Age 56 of Kentucky Highway 801 North, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on October 13, 1954, a daughter of the late James Winford and Sylvia Hamilton Jones.
Ms. Shrout was a former employee of Stucky's Beauty Salon and had worked for many years at the K.F.C. in Miamisburg, Ohio. She attended Solid Rock Church in Middletown, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Cooper.
Survivors include one brother, Merle Jones of Morehead, three sisters, Linda Hyatt of Morehead, Shelby Jean Russell of Miamisburg, Ohio and Betty Hohenbrink of Kettering, Ohio and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 21, 2010 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bath County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Taylor Hyatt, Elijah Sexton, Bill Jones, Scotty Caudill, Rodney Gregory and Larry Ingram.
