Karen Gay Slone Dehart, Age 53 of Morehead, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011 in the St. Claire Regional Medical Center.
She was born March 26, 1958 to the late Edward "Ted" and Amanda Dehart Slone.
She was a homemaker, enjoyed watching her favorite T V shows, spending time with her family and caring for her dog "Chassy".
Karen was of the Church of God faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Dehart of Morehead.
Three brothers, Roy Slone and Robert Slone of Elliottville and Donnie Slone of Morehead.
Five sisters, Barbara Slone Mabry of Morehead, Bernice Willoughby of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Patricia Johnson of Elliott County, Kentucky, Geraldine Lowe of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Michelle Howard of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.
Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who will miss her too.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Pastor Willie Sturgill officiating.
Burial will follow in the Trent Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home is after 6:00 P.M. Monday.
Serving as pall bearers will be Casey Sloan, Bobby Ray Howard, Dustin Howard, Danny Dillon, Garrett Lowe and David Willoughby.
