Judy Elaine Howard

Judy Elaine Howard, 56 of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at her home after an apparent heart attack.

She was born February 13, 1968, in Crestline, Ohio the daughter of the late Bonnie Sue Howard Caldwell who preceded her in death on January 3, 2024.

She was also preceded in death by one brother Donald Dee "Duck" Skaggs, II on May 27, 2022.

Judy is survived by one daughter Genie Renae Quesinberry of Morehead, a special niece who she thought of as a daughter, Desiree Irene Skaggs of Mansfield, Ohio. A Goddaughter, Azaria Shae Barker of Mansfield, Ohio. Two brothers, John Edd "Boe" Skaggs and James Henry Skaggs both of Mansfield, Ohio. Also, the love of her life, Randy Gene Quesinberry of Morehead. Special friends, Stephanie Atkeson and Marsha Martin both of Mansfield, Ohio. Her mother-in-law, Vernie Ellen Quesinberry of Morehead. Several Nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. Also, her fur baby Chloe and her grand fur baby Prince.

The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
