Mrs. Juanita Jenkins Crager, 86 of Morehead, passed away Tuesday evening, December 20, 2016 at her home after an illness of several weeks.
Juanita was born in Clearfield, Kentucky on November 28, 1930 the daughter of the late Medford and Rosa Mynhier Jenkins.
She and her husband owned and operated the Ashland Oil Bulk in Flemingsburg where they worked together for over 35 years.
Juanita was a very active member in the Morehead First Church of God where she served on various church boards, served as song leader, a member of the WCG and had also served in offices on the state level of the First Church of God.
She enjoyed her church, working in flowers and especially spending time with her friends and family.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph Jenkins, Charles Jenkins and Martin Jenkins. Also a brother-in-Law, Jack Barber.
Survivors include her husband, Wilbert Crager of Morehead, one son, Tim Crager and his wife Dana and one daughter, Connie Price and her husband John all of Flemingsburg, Kentucky.
Four brothers, Fred Jenkins (Nancy Lewis), Richard (Diana) Jenkins, Mike (Sandy) Jenkins and Anthony Jenkins all of Morehead, Kentucky.
Two sisters, Phyllis (Clyde) Sluss and Marion Barber both of Morehead, Kentucky.
Five grandchildren, Monica Lykins, Brad Price, Brittany Densmore, Johna Bacon and Kyle Crager. Four great-grandchildren, Tyler Lykins, Ashley Lykins, Nora Bacon and Piper Bacon.
Also, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 23, 2016 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Pastor Bill Konstantopoulos officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after noon Friday until the time of service.
Serving as pall bearers will be Brad Price, Tyler Lykins, Jessie Bacon, Scott Jenkins, Patrick Price and Justyn Densmore.
