Jeannie Lumpkin

Jeannie Lumpkin, 81, of Beaumont, TX, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2023 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky after an extended battle with cancer.  

She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Lumpkin, Jr., daughter Stephanie Hataway, parents Hugh W. Messec and Mary E. Messec, and brother Joe Messec.

She is survived by sons Douglas Hendon and Robert Burton, sister Bonnie (Rodney) Breaux, grandchildren, Lesleigh (Matthew) Stacey, Lindsay Hataway, Lauren Hendon, Jack Hendon, Cameron Stidem, Bryan Burton, and Jonathan Burton and five great-grandchildren. 

Her witty sense of humor and beautiful smile will be missed by all that knew her.

At her request, there will not be any services.
