Jacquelyn Gail White Wolber, 58, of Clearfield, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 in the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born on August 14, 1954, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Watt and Essie Hay White.
Jackie was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) having previously worked at St. Claire, hospitals in Lexington and at Life Care Center.
She was a graduate of University of Breckinridge Training School and Morehead State University.
As a teenager, Jackie was trained in ballet and tap dancing. She opened her own academy where she taught ballet and tap.
Jackie was of the Mormon faith and she enjoyed reading, cooking, listening to music and watching movies.
Survivors include one son, Chris (Millicent) White of Clearfield, one daughter, Porshia Forehand of Clearfield, special companion, Dwayne Householder, two brothers, Gene Glover and Monte Rivers both of Morehead, three sisters, Vicky Rivers of Olive Hill, Cindy Lancaster of Salt Lick and Betty Little of Morehead, two grandchildren, Caleigh White and Bailey White, special friends and cousins, Betty King of Morehead and Dale Porter of Georgia and several cousins, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 21, 2013 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. David Starcher officiating.
Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery.
Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Friday.
