Helen Salyers Clark, 82, of Dry Branch Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at UK-St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
She was born on December 4, 1942 in Hazard, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Robert Epperson and Beatrice Salyers Epperson.
Helen was a homemaker, who enjoyed flower gardens, gardening, canning and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Wanda Faye Walker.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Phillip Clay Clark, one son, Gary Lee Clark (Lisa) of Morehead, two sisters, Jeanell Banks and Wilma Jean Smith both of Hazard, two grandsons, Christopher Shawn Clark (Harley) and Justin Clay Clark both of Morehead, two step-grandchildren, Nick Prather (Michelle) of Salt Lick, Kentucky and Ashley Prather of Alloy, West Virginia, two great-granddaughters, Ava Clark and Abby Clark both of Morehead and two step-great-grandchildren, Ashtyn Prather of Salt Lick and Makenna King of Foster, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, March 7, 2025 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Butch Kelsey and Brother Monroe Craig officiating.
Burial will follow in the Clark Cemetery at Cranston.
Visitation is after 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Clark, Justin Clark, Cash Ashley, Elijah Ashley, Larry Burke and J. D. Enix.
