Mrs. Gladys Binion Cox, Age 96 of Morehead passed away Friday in the Elliott County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sandy Hook after an extended illness. Mrs. Cox was born March 4, 1911 in Elliott County, Kentucky to the late Luster and Sarah Flannery Binion. She was a former employee of The Dixie Grill and Dairy Queen of Morehead. Preceding her in death were her husband, Arlen Cox, two brothers, Ray Binion and Riley Binion, also two sisters, Naoma Conn and Hazel DeHart. Survivors include several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home is after 6:00 P.M. Monday. Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home is caring for all arrangements for Mrs. Gladys Binion Cox.
