Douglas Edward Terry, 64, of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his home.
He was born October 7, 1956 in Rowan County, Kentucky to the late Orville and Lucille Click Terry.
Doug was a drywall contractor and the owner of Custom Drywall. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed hunting caring for his lawn, working, sports, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a devoted University of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball fan.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, four sister and his beloved dog Charlie.
Survivors include his wife Mary Alice Kiser Terry, one son Devin Terry and his fiancee Stephanie Butler of Olive Hill, Kentucky
Additional survivors include two brothers, Michael Terry of Clearfield and Lonnie Terry of Morehead and three sisters, Eula Bell and Sherleen Caudill both of Olive Hill and Geraldine Kennedy of Camby, Indiana.
Also to mourn his passing are his dogs Zoey and Chance.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 7, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Dale Richmond and Brother Scott Cummins officiating.
Burial will follow in the Click Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead is after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday.
Pall bearers will be Scott Kiser, Jonathan Terry, Cody Sturgill, Nathan Terry, Chris Terry, Tyler Richardson and Ryan Conn. Honorary bearers will be Mike Terry, Lonnie Terry, Tom Kiser, Jim Kiser and Bennie Caudill.
