Denny Howard

Mr. Denny Gene Howard was born in Rowan County, Kentucky on May 28, 1956, a son of the late Cisco and Audrey Mae Stamper Howard. He departed this life on Saturday, May 3, 2008 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 51 years, 11 months and 5 days.
Mr. Howard was a former highway construction worker and United States Army Veteran. He was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed fishing and raising a garden.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Howard and one brother, Bobby Howard.
He leaves to mourn his passing his family which includes four sons, Jamie Howard and Tyler Howard both of Salyersville and Denny Howard and Michael Howard both of Morehead and one brother, Sylvan Howard of Verona, Virginia. Also, several other relatives and friends who will miss him too.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery in Elliott County. Full military rites will be conducted at the graveside by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126. Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Randy Eldridge, Randy Moore, Mitchell Herrington, Daniel Dillon, Brent Fultz and Joey Robinson.
