Clotine is survived by a daughter that she and Ben adopted as a newborn just four years before his death, Chimila Michele and husband Jimmie Darrin Hargett of Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Other survivors include:  two brothers, Ivan (Judy) Withrow of Findlay, Ohio and Jack (Bobbie) Withrow of Morehead; brother-in-law Claude Messer of Morehead; sisters-in law Fannie Fraley Brown of Shiloh, Ohio and Joanne Fraley Fay of Columbus, Ohio; nephews, Eric (Karianne) Withrow and their sons Preston and Harrison, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jason (Kathy) Withrow and their daughters Anna, Sophia and Maya, of Dexter, Michigan, and Ethan Withrow of Morehead; her special cousin who was like a sister, Sue Caudill Brown, of Morehead; as well as several other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, church family and friends.
