Mrs. Betty Sue Caudill Trent, 58, of Nicholasville formerly of Rowan County, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 in the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
She was born on May 25, 1951 in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Everett and Gladys Ison Caudill.
Mrs. Trent was a retired registered nurse for Central Baptist Hospital. She was of the Church of God Faith, a graduate of Maysville Community College and she enjoyed cooking and raising a garden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Trent and one brother, James Caudill.
Survivors include her husband, John Trent of Nicholasville, two sons, Anthony Trent and Derrick Trent and his wife, Susan all of Nicholasville, one daughter, Michelle Trent of Nicholasville, three brothers, Matt Caudill of Farmers, Timothy Scott Caudill of Morehead and Phillip Caudill of Lexington, two sisters, Linda Glover and Judy Gulley both of Morehead, seven grandchildren, Haley Trent, Austin Trent, Justin Trent, Autumn Trent, Catherine Trent, Lexie Trent and Riley Trent and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 26, 2009 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Porter and Brother Monroe Craig officiating. Burial will follow in the Cranston Cemetery. Visitation is after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday and anytime Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Gulley, Todd Caudill, Jason Caudill, Junior Caudill, Ricky Gee and Nick Caudill.
