Bertha Ann Crum

Bertha Ann Crum, 76, of Brown Ridge, Morehead, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020 at St. Claire HealthCare.

She was born on July 6, 1943 in Elliott County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Hodkins Pennington and May Crum.

Ann was a homemaker and a member of the Elliottville Baptist Church.

She enjoyed listening to gospel music, canning, cooking and baking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion, Vernon Trent, who passed away on January 22, 2019.

Survivors include several cousins and friends, including special friends, Sue Litton, Cathy Riley, Eddie and Carol White and Vernon’s children.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, January 23, 2020 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Rev. Tim Rhodes and Rev. Willie Sturgill officiating.

Burial will follow in the Crum Cemetery.

Visitation is after 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Whisman, Bobby Reynolds, Nathan Pennington, Braden Crouch, Dale Crouch and Justin Trent.
