Alene Boyd Lewis

Alene Boyd Lewis, 87 of Morehead, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead. She was born March 28, 1937, in Dwarf, Kentucky to the late Troy and Elsie Miller Boyd.

Mrs. Lewis was a retired office manager and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed reading, cooking, caring for her flowers, fishing and spending time with her grandson who was the light of her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Ray Boyd and one sister, Jean Battson.
Survivors include her husband, Denver Lewis, one daughter, Teresa Lewis and one son, Charles Edgar Lewis all of Morehead. Four brothers, James Boyd and Billy Boyd of Morehead, Paul Douglas Boyd and Larry Russell Boyd both of Michigan. One grandson, Timothy Boyd Dieckman.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday June 3, 2024, at the Boyd Family Cemetery.
There is no visitation.
